CANCELLATION POLICY
I require cancellations to be made 24 hours in advance from the time of your booked appointment. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked to the card on file. This also applies to no-shows, a 75% charge will be applied to the card on file and the payment will need to be paid in full in order to have another appointment booked. These policies are in place to protect my time and business. I am very understanding, I know illnesses and things come up last minute, if there is any issue with timing and you need to reschedule please let me know as soon as possible to refrain from being charged a cancellation fee.
